Fall I Training will prioritize the development of motor skills, coordination and understanding the game of volleyball. Practices will be fast-paced and structured in a fun and positive learning environment. All practices will be ran by TPV Master Coaches and structured to allow growth and progression in ALL skills for all athletes from beginners to returners!
Athletes will train 1-2x a week and then compete in structured and organized competition on Friday nights (athletes will be placed on a specific team with their coach). Competition will be used as a compliment to the training that all athletes will receive during the week. At a young age, it is paramount that all athletes are being taught the proper mechanics for each skill set. This training will help prepare them for their future in the sport of volleyball!
